AmberWatch is the first of it's kind Proactive Child Safety Device. Everything else on the market tries to help after a child has been abducted
.....THAT IS TOO LATE.
In the USA a child is reported missing every 40 seconds. That equates
to 1.3 million children a year. In addition, 1 in every girls will be the victim of some form of molestation by the time they reach adulthood and 1 in 6 boys will be the victim of molestation by the time he reaches adulthood. Help save a child and help prevent child abduction.
ATTENTION IS THE KEY TO PREVENTION.
AmberWatch brings attention to a child who is in a dangerous situation by using two of the most important senses we have as humans...
SOUND AND SIGHT
SIGHT:
The Patented AmberWatch alert system emits 115 decibels of sound. This is equivalent to a jackhammer. Enough to scare off a predator, but
not to do ear damage to the child. When a child feels as though they are in a dangrerous situation they activate the alert. It can be heard from over
four (4) football fields away.
SOUND:
The AmberWatch has four Super Bright LED lights which when activated can be seen day or night. At night they can be seen from four (4) football
fields away.
In addition to the fantastic safety features the AmberWatch is a stylish and fully functional digital watch. Functions include: Time, Date, Stop
Watch, Lap Counter, Backlight, Alarm and Low Battery Warning.
Other great ways to use the AmberWatch: when a child is lost, be it in a themepark, a crowded area like a shopping mall, when camping, hiking,
running or simply when walking or riding to school. Animals can also be predators. We have heard stories of people using their AmberWatch to ward off cougars, rabid dogs and even bobcats.
Over ten thousand AmberWatches have been sold in a few short months. We've been featured on TV across the country and in places like Better Homes and Gardens, The Los Angeles Times, The Miami Herald, NPR, CBS, FOX and The Today Show in Florida. Catch the wave of interest in helping to proactively prevent child abductions.
The AmberWatch sound can be heard on radio and TV stations across the country via a Public Service Announcement program. Celebrities such as Eugene Levy, Harry shearer, Jamie Lee Curtis, Andy Roddick, Tom Hanks, Jane Kaczmarek, Nia Vardolis, NFL Players and more are recording 15 second Pubkic Service Announcements to raise awareness of the problem and the sound of the AmberWatch as an indicator that trouble is near if they hear that sound.
One other benefit of the AmberWatch is that for
every watch sold a portion of the proceeds go to
the AmberWatch Foundation:
